3 vegetarian recipes that will make your child want to eat healthy

Having trouble making your little one eat vegetables? Don’t worry – there are ways to prepare dishes that your child will love and will not suspect that they are full of healthy products. Just be creative in your presentation and be sure to remind your child of the importance of healthy eating. Don’t forget to set an example dinner table, too!

Prepare these botanical recipes that make your child want to eat healthy food:

Delicious green potatoes

what do you need:

  • 1/2 kg. Fresh green beans, trimmed ends
  • 3/4 cup Banco bread crumbs
  • 1/3 cup chickpeas
  • A cup grated parmesan cheese

Mix the breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese in one dish, then place the chickpeas in a separate dish. Baking paper line greased with heavy aluminum foil. Using clean fingers, hold the end of one of the beans and run them through the chickpeas to cover them and then wrap them in a cheese mixture and breadcrumbs. Place the coated bean on a baking sheet. Repeat with the rest of the green beans.

Bake on a preheated oven (400 °) for 15 minutes or until the desired cave is reached. Allow to cool before serving with your choice of dip.

Bacon and roasted honey

what do you need:

  • 1 kg carrots, peeled and cut into one inch pieces
  • Two tablespoons of honey or maple syrup
  • 2 bacon slices, cubes

In a large bowl, combine carrots, honey / maple syrup and bacon. Stir the ingredients until well combined and cover the carrots. Put the mixture on a greased baking sheet and bake at 400 degrees for half an hour. When you’re ready, check (with a fork) if the coercion needed for the carrots is achieved. Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving. Season the mixture with a little chili pepper, if desired.

Easy zucchini pepperoni

what do you need:

  • 3 zucchini (preferably the same size), cut ends, cut into 3/8 inches
  • 20 pepperoni slices, sliced
  • 1 1/2 cups of grated mozzarella cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian herb mix
  • 1 teaspoon spike seasoning

Arrange zucchini slices on a greased baking sheet (covering the whole sheet) marinate the slices with spike seasoning and Italian herbal mixture, then season with mozzarella. Load the broiler chicken before heating it until the cheese melts, about 2-3 minutes. Arrange the pepperoni slices on the face and apply for 3-4 minutes. Cool before slicing and serving.
